Mohan Sundar Shrestha

Amrita Uprety is a gifted Nepali flautist and classical musician, known for her soulful performances and dedication to the bansuri (Indian bamboo flute). Originally from Nepal, she has been a residential disciple at Vrindaban Gurukul, the prestigious music school founded by Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia, for over 15 years. Her training under the legendary maestro has shaped her into one of the most promising female flautists in the Indian classical tradition. Amrita has performed at major cultural events such as the RFPA Holi Festival 2022, and has received accolades including the Girnar Festival Award and the Female Flautist Award from the Sundari Wadan Festival. Her music blends technical precision with emotional depth, captivating audiences across India and Nepal. She continues to represent Nepali talent on international stages, inspiring young musicians—especially women—to pursue classical music with passion and discipline.

Ashesh Dangol, often hailed as the “Himalayan Hendrix,” is a trailblazing Nepali blues-rock guitarist, singer, and composer whose electrifying performances have earned him international acclaim. The nickname was bestowed upon him during his 2010 European tour by the Norwegian and German press, recognizing his fiery guitar style reminiscent of Jimi Hendrix. He is the frontman of the band Ashesh and Nekhvam, which fuses traditional Nepali sounds with blues and rock, creating a unique sonic identity that bridges East and West. His music often carries themes of peace, cultural pride, and social consciousness. Ashesh has performed at major festivals and venues across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, representing Nepal on global stages. His live shows are known for their raw energy, soulful improvisation, and deep-rooted connection to both blues traditions and Nepali heritage.

Kiran Kandel is a skilled musician, singer, music arranger in Nepali music. He has been in music for over 25 years. Kiran, who passed the voice test from Radio Nepal in 2051 BS, he has so far given music in 400 songs and has arranged music in more than 5000 songs. He is also a skilled music instrumentalist.
