Sujata Shakya is a young woman navigating life after stepping down from her sacred role as a Kumari. Bound by traditional dogmas and an age-old superstition that marrying a former Kumari brings misfortune or premature death to her husband, Sujata lives a sheltered, cautious life. Everything changes when she meets Aarav, an aspiring young filmmaker who returns from abroad and draws her into his lively group of friends. As Sujata experiences personal freedom, friendship, and love for the first time, she and Aarav must face societal judgment, family resistance, and deep-rooted cultural beliefs to redefine her identity.
