Born on 17th February in Sindhuli, Nepal, Megh Lama is a passionate and dedicated modern Nepali singer known for his soulful voice and emotional expression in contemporary Nepali music. Raised in a musically supportive family, with parents Dilli Meghan Ghalan and Selmo Maya Ghalan, he grew up alongside two elder brothers and one elder sister. Although mischievous in childhood, Megh always showed a deep love for music, humming and singing modern Nepali and Hindi songs informally throughout his youth. After completing his schooling at Shree Mahendra Janta Secondary School, he pursued further studies at Chatur Bhujeshwor Multiple College in Sukhepokhari, Sarlahi. It was after his SLC that he decided to turn his musical passion into a professional career. Driven by this dream, he moved to Kathmandu, initially working at a law firm while seeking musical opportunities. Megh Lama formally entered the Nepali music scene with the release of his debut album “Megh” in 2059 BS, marking the beginning of a promising musical journey. In 2063 BS, his second album “Love Station” was released, featuring the widely appreciated track “Naulo Bhasha Aanibani”, which garnered him significant popularity and recognition. His third project, “Maina,” further solidified his presence in the industry. The album was accompanied by two music videos and continued to reflect his growth as a singer and performer. Known for his heartfelt delivery and modern vocal style, Megh Lama continues to be a respected name in Nepali music, with a fan base that appreciates his lyrical depth and emotional connection to the audience.

Suman Shrestha is a Nepali singer, live performer, music video director, event director, and former Managing Director at Reeyaz Music Pvt. Ltd., active in the Nepali music industry for more than two decades. Known for his versatile creative roles, he has contributed to Nepal’s modern music scene through vocals, visual direction, artist development, and event production.Beginning his career in the early 2000s, Suman became widely recognized for his work at Reeyaz Music, where he served as Managing Director from 2005 onward, helping shape the label’s catalog, artist roster, and music video output during a key era of Nepali pop and modern music. As a music video director, he has crafted visually engaging projects for emerging and established artists, while his work as an event director includes concerts, album launches, and cultural programs in Nepal and abroad.As a singer and performer, Suman continues to appear on stage, collaborate with musicians, and contribute to the creative ecosystem through production, direction, and mentorship.

Tilak Bam Malla, also known by his stage name Parivesh, is a Nepali folk-pop singer. He gained popularity in the late 90s with his second Lok Pop album, Parivesh Vol.2, which featured hit songs like Mutu Chune, Bhote Talcha, Haat Ma Rumal, and Chaite Dashain. He is considered a pioneer of the Lok Pop genre in Nepal. Malla has released numerous successful songs and albums, and his music continues to resonate with Nepali audiences. He also owns Parivesh Recording Studio, where he supports talented musicians who want to revolutionize the Nepali music industry. Beyond music, he has been involved in humanitarian efforts, especially during the devastating Nepal earthquake in 2015. Narayan Gopal Gurucharya (नारायणगोपाल गुरुआचार्य) (October 4, 1939 – December 5, 1990), known professionally as Narayan Gopal and N. Gopal  was a prominent popular singer and composer of Nepali music. Regarded one of the most significant cultural icons in Nepal, he is referred as “Swar Samrat” (Nepali: स्वर सम्राट, meaning: Emperor of Voice) in Nepal. He is also known as “Tragedy King” owing to his numerous tragedy songs. He also sang in Nepalbhasa. Owing to his vocal range he was capable of singing songs of every Nepalese genre. Often, his songs were accompanied by the sitar, harmonium and flute. He was also a music director during the 1950s to the 70s and belongs to the first generation of professional Nepali singers. His songs have been showcased in several movies and dramas across the country. Narayan Gopal released 137 songs during his lifetime, his first songs were composed by his friend Prem Dhoj Pradhan and his teacher Manik Ratna. Gopal is one of the most celebrated and influential musicians of the 20th century and received many awards during his lifetime.
