Besides the major title of Mister Model Of The world 2018, Dikpal lifted three sub awards called King of Catwalk, Face of Chan lone hair, and Best in formal wear. Other than these he did stand as best of three in best national costume.. Before winning Mister Model Of The world 2018 he represented Nepal at Mister Global 2016 in Thailand and placed in Top 10 likewise he represented Nepal at Mister Grand International 2017 at Thailand and placed in Top 15 and won two subtitles Social Media Star and People’s choice award at Mister Grand International 2017 in Philippines.
