Artist Raju Dhungel is a folk singer & Music Instrumentalist of Nepal . Born in Okhaldhunga, Artist Dhungel 1st album was released in 2067 BS and his first album was Purbeli Kanchho with Avay Dhungel. Akbar Sun and Jor Madal bajyo are his other hits songs.  

Ganga Rana was one of Nepal’s most influential voices in adhunik (modern) music, celebrated for her effortless singing style and her rare ability to perform both modern and folk songs with equal mastery. Her patriotic songs, emotional depth, and artistic versatility made her a defining figure in Nepal’s musical history. She was not only a singer but also a composer and lyricist, contributing significantly to the creative evolution of Nepali music.Born on Poush 9, 1996 BS in Rumjatar, Okhaldhunga, to Champa Singh Gurung and Chandra Devi Gurung Rana, she moved to Kathmandu at a young age with her elder sister and brother‑in‑law to pursue her education. However, her passion for music soon took precedence. While studying at Gaushala Adhar School, Chabahil, she actively participated in singing, dancing, and acting—laying the foundation for her artistic journey.Ganga Rana recorded her first song at Radio Nepal at age 14, and by 2010 BS, she was working there professionally. Her breakthrough moment came during the coronation of King Mahendra, where her performance captivated the entire audience. In 2011 BS, she gained national and international attention after singing a patriotic song to welcome Chinese Prime Minister Chou En‑lai during his visit to Nepal.She married Nur Pratap Rana in 2018 BS, and they had three children—sons Kundan Pratap and Amir Pratap, and daughter Rakshya Rana, who later became Nepal’s first female pilot.Throughout her career, Ganga Rana earned numerous honors:Gold Medal for acting from Nepal Rastriya Pustakalaya (2016 BS)2nd place in Radio Nepal’s Adhunik Singing Competition (2019 BS)1st place in the same competition (2020 BS)Awarded by King Mahendra for winning again in 2023 BSHonored for acting by the Cultural Association (2030 BS)Shree Panch Birendra Subharajyabhishek Padak (2031 BS)In 2049 BS, her husband established the Nurganga Puraskar Guthi in her memory, honoring artists from Lumbini every year.

Tulasi Parajuli was born on June 23, 1972, in Dadha Bazaar, Dhankuta, Nepal, to Makar Nanda Parajuli and Tika Devi Parajuli. As the eldest son, he spent his childhood in Dhankuta, where his mischievous nature often led him to skip classes in favor of attending cultural programs. His academic journey took him from Bhanu Secondary School for his SLC, to Dharan for his Intermediate certificates, and finally to Patan Campus, where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nepali at R R College, Kathmandu. Entry into the Music Scene Parajuli’s passion for music was ignited by listening to songs on Radio Nepal, inspiring him to emulate the singers he admired. His enthusiasm for cultural events grew stronger when he moved to Dharan for further studies, leading him to participate more actively in musical programs. He eventually formed the band Jhankar, performing across major towns in Eastern Nepal. Work and Contributions Parajuli continues to be an influential figure in Nepali folk music. In 2024, he released a new song, "Musukkai Hasi", which has been well received. He also performed a solo evening featuring over a dozen songs in support of cancer and kidney patients, blending music with philanthropy. Beyond Music Apart from his musical career, Parajuli is dedicated to education. He serves as a Nepali teacher at Nobel Academy and teaches music at Nobel, Preston, and Annapurna College. He also manages Sangeet Sadhana Private Limited, a music school he founded to foster a strong learning environment for aspiring musicians. Additionally, he has been involved in hosting 'Lok Bhaka', a program for a UK-based Nepali television channel. Tulasi Parajuli remains a respected name in Nepali music, continuously evolving while staying true to his folk roots. His journey is a testament to perseverance, passion, and the power of music to inspire and uplift.

Shanti Shree Pariyar is one of Nepal's most celebrated folk singers, songwriters, and composers, renowned for her powerful voice and significant contribution to Nepali folk and modern music. Born in Rolpa, Nepal, in 1989, she overcame a challenging childhood and pursued her dream of becoming a singer from an early age.At the age of sixteen, she moved to Kathmandu to build her musical career and spent several years performing in various Dohori establishments. To strengthen her musical foundation, she received formal vocal training under Guru Chandan Kumar Shrestha at Gandarbha Kala Kendra and successfully passed Radio Nepal's vocal examination in 2009.Shanti Shree began her professional recording career with the album Ghar Chha Tin Tale in 2011. She rose to nationwide prominence through a series of hit songs, including Bola Maya, Galbandi, Chauka Dau, Areli Kadaile Malai, Baseu Alakkai, and many others. Over the years, she has recorded thousands of songs, establishing herself as one of the most influential voices in contemporary Nepali folk music.Her talent and popularity have earned her numerous prestigious honors, including Kantipur National Music Awards, Image Awards, National Folk and Duet Awards, Bindabasini Music Awards, and several other recognitions for her outstanding contribution to Nepali music.Today, Shanti Shree Pariyar is regarded as one of Nepal's leading folk artists, admired for her expressive singing style, dedication to preserving Nepali musical traditions, and ability to connect with audiences across generations.
