Since then, he has composed music for more than 80 films, including 'Muglan', 'Bandhan' and 'Parkhi Basin'. He started singing in a children's program organized by Radio Nepal in 2039 BS. He received many awards including National Award for National Song and Music, Narayangopal Youth Music Award, Chhinnalata Award. He is also the chairman of the Royalty Collection Society.
