Jhuma Limbu is a talented Nepali singer, folk musician, and music researcher. She has made significant contributions to preserving and promoting Nepali folk music. Here’s more about her: Early Life and Education: Jhuma Limbu was born in Dhungesaghu VDC (now Maiwakhola rural municipality) in Taplejung district, Eastern Nepal. She grew up as the youngest child among six siblings. Jhuma started singing by participating in Dhan Nach, a traditional Limbu folk dance and music custom. After completing her SLC level education in 2001, she moved to Kathmandu, where she passed the voice test at Radio Nepal and decided to stay.
