Jharana Thapa (born 28 March, Pyuthan) is a leading Nepali actress, producer, and director whose career has shaped mainstream Nepali cinema for more than two decades. Beginning her journey with the film Daijo in 1996, she quickly rose to prominence through her expressive screen presence and her acclaimed performance in Dharam Sankat, which established her as one of the defining actresses of the late 1990s and 2000s. Over the years she became a central figure in commercial Nepali films, appearing in more than seventy titles and becoming known for emotionally grounded roles in films such as Muglan, Jeevan Sathi, Purnima, Takdir, and the original A Mero Hajur. Her long career in front of the camera naturally evolved into filmmaking, and she transitioned into direction with A Mero Hajur 2 in 2017, later continuing the franchise with its third and fourth installments while introducing her daughter, Suhana Thapa, as a new-generation lead. She further expanded her directorial identity with Ek Bhagavad Ra Ek Geeta (2023), blending social themes with emotional storytelling. Married to producer Sunil Kumar Thapa since 1998, she has also been active behind the scenes as a producer, contributing to several successful films. Today, Jharana Thapa stands as one of the few Nepali women to achieve long-term stardom as an actress and then successfully transition into a commercially influential director, maintaining her position as a respected and enduring figure in Nepali cinema.

Phurba Sherpa is World Record Holder Producer/ Director. Started his journey into the world of Television in 2008 by working at National Television. He joined TTV in 2009 and directed popular shows such as War of DJ, The Flop Show, Cyber Sansaar (first gadgets and gizmos show in Nepal) and Little Champs (the first reality show from Private Channel in Nepali Television History). He is a graduate in Digital Filmmaking from SAE Institute, Australia. Mr. Sherpa has also worked on several international projects. In 2013, he joined an International Production House in Dubai called Studio 52 and worked for more than one year as the Director, he returned to Nepal in 2015 and has started working with CNN. As a Freelance Producer at CNN, he delivers video footage, still pictures, and stories from in and around Nepal that CNN uses on its platforms. Mr. Sherpa who joined AP1 HD TV in 2016 has been working in popular Television show includes Idea Studio Season 5, Tamasoma Jyotirgamaya, Glamour Guff and Rajatpat. He has directed more than 100 music videos, several TVCs, documentary films, and corporate videos. Phurba Sherpa is the producer/ director of the show Tamasoma Jyotirgamaya which has been included by World Book of Records, London for keeping the highest altitude television talk show filmed at 5550 meters at Everest base camp. Phurba Sherpa is Director of Band Champion Nepal which is most popular reality show in Nepali Television History.

Uddhab Poudel is a multi‑disciplinary Nepali film professional whose career spans more than three decades. Active since 1986, he has contributed to Nepali cinema as a producer, director, presenter, story writer, audiographer, and lyricist. His body of work includes more than 18–23 films, depending on credit category, making him one of the most versatile contributors in the industry.He is best known for producing acclaimed titles such as Pal (2011), Kusume Rumal 2 (2009), Jiwan Mrityu (2008), Ukali Orali (2004), Shahidgate (2002), and Mato Bolcha (1999). His early creative contributions include story writing for films like Arpan (1993), Pariwar (1991), and Jay Baba Pashupati Nath (1995), and lyric writing for Tilahari (1989).Across his career, Poudel has worked with major Nepali actors, directors, and production teams, and his credits span commercial cinema, musical storytelling, and technically demanding audiography work. He has also been recognized with honors such as the Lifetime Achievement Award (Infa Film Award 2070) and the Nepal Motion Picture Award (2056).

Shivam Adhikari is a prominent Nepali screenwriter, director, and dialogue writer active in the film industry since the early 2000s. Credited across more than 60 films as story, screenplay, and dialogue writer—and at times as director, lyricist, and cast member—he has worked on titles such as Meri Aama (2004), Swabhiman (2010), Sanglo (2019), Kopila (2020), and the recent Pariwartan (2026). His writing has earned multiple major award nominations, including for Panchayat and Parai, establishing him as one of contemporary Nepali cinema’s key narrative architects.
