She had also participated in Miss Nepal Oceania 2020 and ended up being the first runner up. Professionally a sales analyst in Australia, Anshika will be representing Nepal in Miss Universe 2021.

Sushma Adhikari was born at Kailali (Nepal) to Ganga Dhar Adhikari and Manu Kumari Adhikari.
