Sushil Pokharel completed his schooling at Durbar High School and later pursued a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from Trichandra College. His creative journey began in 1986, when he started working as an actor and director in Nepali theatre. He trained under renowned artists like Harihar Sharma, Sakuntala Sharma, and Sunil Pokharel. Sushil Pokharel has been active in the Nepali film industry for over three decades, contributing to both acting and directing. His work in theatre and cinema has made him a respected figure in Nepali entertainment.
