Dharma Raj Thapa

Ajit Ghising Tamang was born on February 14 in Thulopakhar-1, Sindhupalchowk, as the eldest son of Dil Bdr. Tamang and Pancha Maya Tamang. Raised in a middle-class family, he has one brother and two sisters. Growing up, Ajit was shy and reserved, especially around girls, but he gradually became more open and confident as he progressed through his education. He completed his schooling up to grade 10 at Shree Kakaling School in Sindhupalchowk. Later, he moved to Kathmandu, where he pursued his +2 and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Ratna Rajya College. Initially, he had no aspirations to become a singer; his interest in music developed during his college years. Encouraged by friends, he began singing and took music classes at institutions like Kirateshwor, Sadhana Kala Kendra, and Jana Sanskriti Manch. He expresses deep gratitude to his teachers, including Madhu Gurung, Bishnu Lama, and Prakash Gurung, for their support and encouragement. Ajit's musical journey began with recording a song on a whim, which led to his first album, "Path", released in 2063 BS (2006 AD). He followed it up with "Dahar" in 2065 BS (2008 AD) and later "Taali". Over the years, he has recorded over 95 songs, showcasing his versatility as a singer, composer, and music arranger.

Dil Maya Khati was a beloved Nepali singer known as the “Melody Moon” of the Himalayas. Born in 1999 BS in Ghumpahad, Darjeeling, she began singing at age five and quickly captivated audiences across Nepal, Sikkim, and Bhutan. Her golden voice earned admiration from legends like Raj Kapoor and Narayan Gopal. In 2018 BS, she debuted on Radio Nepal and won a gold medal in a national music competition. Though she recorded only 12 songs between 2018 and 2030 BS, her impact was profound. After a long hiatus, she made a triumphant return in 2056 BS with the album Shikha. Honored with numerous awards, including the Devkota Samman and Bhupal Sangeet Puraskar, she was celebrated for her emotional depth and vocal purity. Her legacy continues to inspire generations of Nepali music lovers.

Robin is a singer and a professional voice artiste from Nepal. He sings contemporary Nepali songs. Some of his hits include Kun Mandirma Janchhou Yatri, Juni juni lai, Timi yesai lajayew, Harsha le mann and Afai lai bhaar bhayo, among others. He has seven music albums and several hundred singles. The latest albums are Mayalu Aabhaas, Rumaani Bataas, Pareliko Aakaash and Silsila. Mayalu Aabhaas, Rumaani Bataas and Pareliko are cross-border collaborations with a talented team from India. Robin currently lives in Horseheads, New York, USA.
