Jiwan Kumar Parajuli professionally known as Jiwan Parajuli is a famous film and Entertainment Journalist & Author from Nepal. He is involved in journalism and has been continuing the work since 2007 AD. On March 19, 2022, Parajuli released a book, Close-up. In the book, Parajuli interviews 61 people related to the Nepali film industry and develops a story from each of them. His non-fictional book is about the multidimensional portrayal of the Nepali film industry through a journalistic lens. Mr. Parajuli is the Immediate Past Vice President of the Film Journalist Association Nepal. In 2007, he started his media career as a technical team member at FM station Radio Upatyaka 87.6MHz in Kathmandu, Nepal. Later on, he started to host some regular film and entertainment shows. After getting experience with a few other FM stations, national television (Nepal Television), and online portals, he also started his own online news portal "Thuloparda.com". Sushil Devkota is a multifaceted Nepali writer, lyricist, actor, and voice artist with an extensive background in television and radio broadcasting. He has served as a producer and presenter across major Nepali media houses, including Himalaya Television (2011), Nepal 1, Channel Nepal, and KATH 97.9 FM (now Image FM), where he also worked as Head of the Nepali Department. Known for his clear narrative voice and strong command of dialogue, Devkota wrote for the feature film Paral Ko Aago (2026), further establishing his presence in Nepali cinema. His career reflects a blend of storytelling, performance, and broadcast leadership.

Manohari Singh (1931–2010), born in Kolkata to a Nepalese Bhusal family, is celebrated as one of South Asia’s finest woodwind and orchestral arrangers. Though globally known for his work with R.D. Burman, his Nepali heritage and musical upbringing in a Nepali household shaped his tonal sensibility, melodic phrasing, and emotional depth — qualities that strongly resonated with Nepali film composers.His mastery of alto saxophone, flute, piccolo, clarinet, mandolin, and bansuri made him a sought‑after session musician whose sound influenced the orchestral palette of Nepali film music in the 1980s–1990s. Many Nepali composers — especially those working in Mumbai and Kolkata studios — relied on his phrasing style, brass‑woodwind layering, and melodic counterlines as a reference point.Although he did not score many Nepali films directly, his arrangement style, brass band roots, and Nepali musical lineage helped shape the cross‑border sound that Nepali cinema adopted during its modern era. His work as part of the Basu–Manohari duo also inspired Nepali arrangers who studied Indian studio orchestration.

Tirtha Kumari Thapa is a renowned Nepali folk singer who has been active in the music industry for over five decades. She began her musical journey in 2028 BS with Radio Nepal, recording more than 1,000 songs throughout her career. Her songs often reflect themes of love, nature, and cultural heritage, making her a beloved figure in Nepali folk music. Some of her popular songs include: M Ta Khadin Kuwa Ko Pani Ho Dhunge Bagar Maya Jhanke Phuli, Nakai Ma Bulaki Ukali Ma Pani Hajur Motor Jado Raichha Bari Ko Dil Ma Okharbot Machi Mar Na Hey Dai Ho with Nabin Dhungel She has received numerous awards, including the Prabal Gorkha Dakshin Bahu (2057 BS) and the Birendra Aishwarya Sewa Padak (2058 BS). Recently, she held her first solo musical evening, Tirtha Kumari Swarnim Sanjh 2080, where she performed for nearly two hours, accompanied by her son, Suraj Kumar Thapa, who is also a musician.
