Rajina Rimal, born on 3rd Jestha, 2049 BS in Dillibazar, Kathmandu, is a well-known Nepali singer recognized for her melodious voice and early entry into the music industry. Raised in a musically inclined family, Rajina was inspired by her father Robin Rimal and uncle Rajan Rimal, both active in Nepal’s music scene. She began singing on stage at just six years old, winning several school competitions. A lively and cheerful child, she studied at Galaxy School and later Surayadaya Boarding School. One of her fondest memories includes a trip to Hetauda, and a humorous school incident where she accidentally hit a microphone with her nose, leading to a nosebleed—something she never forgot. Her professional music journey started at age 12 when musician Samrat Thapa offered her the song "Basanta Ko," recorded at Ciney Sounds Studio. Though intended as a test, the song became popular, prompting the release of her debut album "Pari" two years later. It featured a blend of eastern and western styles, including the hit song "Ma Ramro Bhanda" directed by Alok Nembang and composed by Raju Singh. Rajina also trained in classical music under Sangeeta Rana and became a playback singer for films such as "Saput" and "Mr. Mangalay." Her recent works include "Timi Bina Bachu Kasari" from November Rain, and "Paani Ko Foka" composed by Hari Lamsal. She released a curated album titled "Best of Rajina Rimal." In 2015, she married Binod Shrestha. With over 300 songs and contributions to 50+ films, Rajina Rimal remains a celebrated name in Nepali music.

Prem Pariyar (born in Dhading District, Nepal) is a Nepali playback singer who rose to national fame as a child artist through the blockbuster film franchise Nai Nabhannu La. His emotionally resonant child voice made him one of the most recognizable young singers in Nepali cinema, earning him the nickname “Kid with a great voice.”He began singing at a very young age while living in a hostel, where his talent was first noticed. His breakthrough came when he was selected to sing for Nai Nabhannu La 2 (2014), followed by multiple successful recordings in later sequels.Prem Pariyar’s songs such as “Yi Aankhama Timi Chheu,” “Marne Kasailai,” “Feri Feri Nai Nabhannu La,” “Maina Raja Maina Rani,” and “Kasham Hamile Khayekai Thiyeu (Male Version)” became major hits, widely played across Nepal and the diaspora. Nipesh Dhaka (born 6 October 1981, Pokhara) is a Nepali environmentalist, lyricist, and music composer recognized for his large‑scale environmental music projects and documentary work. He is the creator, lyricist, music composer, and director of the globally recognized environmental anthem “Melancholy,” recorded by 365 Nepali artists at Radio Nepal on 19 May 2016, a project that later achieved the Guinness World Record for “Most Vocal Solos in a Song Recording.”Dhaka holds an M.A./M.Sc. and pursued further studies in Landscape Management, Soil and Water Management at the Technical University of Munich. He has been active since 1999, working across music, environmental advocacy, cinematography, and social campaigns.As the director of SEEM Nepal, he has led multiple environmental awareness initiatives, including research‑based documentaries such as Himalaya Calls (2015), Melancholy (2017), and Rodhan (2017), which explore biodiversity loss, climate change, and sustainable development across Nepal’s ecological regions.His environmental anthem Melancholy was released on 2 September 2017 by President Bidya Devi Bhandari and certified by Guinness World Records on 1 February 2018.
