Starting from his early creative journey in the 1990s, Akash Adhikari (born January 5, 1970) is a prominent Nepali actor, director, producer, writer, and lyricist, recognized for his strong and dignified presence in the Nepali film industry. He has released 19 feature films in Nepal and abroad, establishing himself as one of the most versatile and influential figures in contemporary Nepali cinema.Adhikari made a glorious directorial debut with Ranabhoomi (1998), winning Best Director and Best Movie awards. Since then, he has acted in and directed several acclaimed films, including Panchhi (2001), Daag (2001), Krodh (2006), Shasan (2011), Kathmandu (2010), Kohinoor (2014), and Kanchhi (2018).He is also the founder and CEO of The Sky Movies Pvt. Ltd., established in 1999 A.D., through which he has produced and directed numerous successful films. His contributions extend to screenwriting, story writing, research, production design, and lyric writing, making him one of the most multi‑disciplinary creators in Nepali cinema.Adhikari has been honored with several prestigious awards, including the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award 2023 for Best Actor/Director, the Prawal Jana Sewa Padak 2019, and the National Professional Achievement Award 2021.

Jayanendra Chand Thakuri (1942–2020) was a prolific Nepali film actor whose career helped shape the foundation of modern Nepali cinema. A former Indian Army serviceman and Jawalakhel Youth Club cricketer, he entered films with Jeevan Rekha (1982) and went on to appear in over 100 films, becoming one of the most recognizable character actors of his era. Known for his grounded performances in social dramas, romantic stories, and action narratives, he brought emotional weight and authenticity to every role. His notable works include Kanchhi, Bishwas, Maya Preeti, Pheri Bhetaula, Angarakshyak, and Parkhi Base. He remained active until 2011 and is remembered as a respected, steady pillar of Nepali cinema.

  Laya Sangroula is a Nepali actor and filmmaker known for his thoughtful performances and contributions to socially conscious cinema. Active across film, theatre, and television, he has built a reputation for portraying grounded, emotionally layered characters that reflect everyday Nepali life. Sangroula has also worked behind the camera, engaging in writing and direction that highlight cultural identity, social issues, and human relationships. His commitment to meaningful storytelling and his steady presence in the industry have made him a respected creative voice within contemporary Nepali film and performing arts.        

Pradeep Singh was a Nepali film actor and cultural performer who debuted in 2041 B.S. with the film 25 Basanta. Over his career, he appeared in nearly one hundred films, becoming a familiar face in social‑drama and commercial cinema. His notable works include Chino, Dui Thopa Aansu, Deuta, Rahar, Mijju, Koseli, and Balidan. Singh also produced the film Mijju, reflecting his commitment to Nepali filmmaking.Born on 2015 Asar 14 in Boudha, Kathmandu, he was equally active in cultural programs and stage performances. Pradeep Singh passed away on 08 Baisakh 2074 at age 51 while undergoing kidney treatment in Kolkata, India, leaving behind a respected legacy in Nepali cinema.
